We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our growing team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio and acting as their first point of contact.
The Role:
- Support a designated client portfolio and build strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Commercial insurance experience is essential for this role, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proactive and able to use initiative to resolve client queries.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude.
