Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Gallagher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient and flexible manner, supporting your peers to meet client demands and achieve both renewal retention and growth rates.
Key Responsibilities- Control the renewal process for clients, gathering information and maintaining open communication.
- Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, using sound judgment to recommend them if appropriate.
- Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolving efficiently and raising concerns with the right team.
- Visit clients as appropriate, utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will hold or be working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/Cert CII. You will also have a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance. A due diligence approach to administration, policy documents, and processes is essential, as is a customer-centric focus and ability to generate and drive new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
