Rapier Employment is seeking a skilled Driver's Assistant to join our team for an ongoing Home Delivery client based in a busy logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist drivers in the delivery of white goods to customers in their homes.
- Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring a high level of energy and stamina.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Work a 7-day operation, including weekends, with planned 12-hour shifts.
- Guaranteed 8 hours of work per shift, with shifts booked in advance.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety boots and high-visibility clothing.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Have a 'can-do' attitude and be willing to cover sickness and holidays.
- Secure parking on site.
- Weekly pay.
- Holiday accrual.
