Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Drivers Mate. As a key member of our delivery and installation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver, install, and demonstrate electrical products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Engage with customers to ensure their delivery and installation experience meets their expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with colleagues and site management to address any changes or issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to resolve any product-related issues.
  • Handle products with care and attention to detail, adhering to best practice guidelines.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to use initiative to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting and handling products.
