Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and food preparation.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and control inventory, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
