Lead Engineering Manager

Company Overview: A prominent player in the food production sector is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Engineering Manager to enhance their operational capabilities.
Role Overview: The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge to optimize production processes, manage expenses, uphold quality benchmarks, and nurture team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
- Contribute to a state-of-the-art food processing environment.
- Receive a car allowance of £5,700.
- Participate in a company bonus scheme that can reach up to 15% based on performance metrics.
- Enjoy complimentary and secure parking on-site.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, prioritizing safety within the team.
- Guarantee timely and complete execution of scheduled engineering tasks.
- Oversee the Asset Care program to align with organizational requirements.
- Possess apprenticeship training.
- Hold qualifications as a maintenance engineer, including C&G's, NVQ Level 3, or ideally ONC/HNC level.
- Demonstrate multi-skilled experience.
- Facilitate training and development for individuals and teams, creating succession plans as necessary.
- Experience in food manufacturing is highly advantageous.
