Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team as a Residential Adaptations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing residential adaptation projects, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage residential adaptation projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work with architects and contractors to develop and implement project plans
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential adaptation design and project management
- Strong technical knowledge of building design and construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
