About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader at Pinhoe View, a new purpose-built facility providing mental health services for adults with acute mental health conditions.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, providing clinical leadership to a defined staff group, and developing an environment that supports competent ethical nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the safe and effective clinical and operational functioning of a defined unit
  • Providing clinical leadership to a defined staff group
  • Providing support, guidance, and supervision to staff
  • Developing and creating an environment that supports competent ethical nursing care
  • Influencing work objectives, planning, and organization
  • Developing and implementing strategies to facilitate effective communication pathways
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as RMN/RNMH
  • Professional training in a similar environment
  • Recognized mentorship certification and an NVQ Assessor Qualification
  • Administrative, planning, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
