About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to take on the role of Clinical Team Leader. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care at our facilities, providing specialized services for individuals with acute mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the safe and effective clinical and operational functioning of a defined unit
  • Providing clinical leadership to a defined staff group
  • Providing support, guidance, and supervision to staff
  • Developing and creating an environment that supports competent, ethical nursing care
  • Influencing work objectives, planning, and organization
  • Developing and implementing strategies to facilitate effective communication pathways

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as RMN/RNMH
  • Professional training in a similar environment
  • Recognized mentorship certification and an NVQ Assessor Qualification
  • Administrative, planning, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
