Path Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of hire controllers, handling customer site enquiries, and arranging the on and off hire of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of hire controllers and be involved in equipment sales and hires.
  • Deal with customer site enquiries over the phone and via emails, arranging the on and off hire of machinery.
  • Cover for the manager and senior team to ensure all tasks and functions run as normal.
  • Chase up quotes or enquiries to maximise business and gain new hire opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as an Office Manager, Office Supervisor, Office team leader, Hire Manager, Customer Service Manager, Hire Supervisor, Hire Desk Manager, or similar.
  • Knowledge of the hire industry, including Heavy Plant, Accommodation Hire, Vehicle Hire, Generator Hire, HVAC, Powered Access, Tools, or Plant Hire.
