About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Politics and Public Affairs Advisor. As a key member of our Politics and Public Affairs team, you will play a critical role in fostering relationships with Parliament and ensuring government accountability.

This role supports our government relations and external affairs efforts, aligning with our strategic priorities in both international and domestic policy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Parliamentarians, raising our profile in Westminster, and providing clear political intelligence to inform our campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Parliamentarians and other key stakeholders to build awareness of our issues and influence policy decisions.
  • Provide expert political analysis and advice to inform our campaign strategies and policy positions.
  • Develop and deliver written and oral briefings to MPs, peers, and government officials on key policies and campaigns.
  • Project manage and deliver political events with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the UK political system, with a strong understanding of domestic social policy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on multiple projects.
