Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Residential Services team.
About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met in line with Ofsted regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage team rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Assist in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
- Supervise support workers in the absence of the Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
- Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for the children
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
- Hold a valid driving license
- Have at least six months' experience in Children's residential care and a relevant Level 3 qualification
