The Role

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of our range of technologically innovative patient ventilators, patient monitors, critical care systems, and anaesthesia delivery systems. You will ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you must have a competent background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity gained within a high-value capital equipment environment. This could include medical, laboratory, or pharmaceutical devices, ex-forces engineers, patient monitoring, critical care, biomedical engineering, ultrasound and medical imaging, anaesthesia and ventilation systems, or EBME/MTO working in a site-based capacity in hospitals.

You will also need a qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to a minimum of ONC level. Applications are welcome from field service engineers from a broad base of sectors, as full and comprehensive product training will be provided.
