About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead our consumer PR team and drive business growth for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing multiple accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of PR professionals to deliver high-quality campaigns and client service
  • Manage multiple client accounts across various industries, ensuring exceptional service and results
  • Develop and execute new business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the latest insights and expertise
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer PR, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and growing client relationships
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and ability to develop effective media relations strategies
