At Grant Thornton, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Northern Reward Advisory Services (RAS) practice. As an Associate Director, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality employee incentives work, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing employee incentive plans.
  • Manage client projects, including billing and fee management.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the RAS practice.
  • Collaborate with the national RAS practice and local stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in tax and equity reward, with a professional qualification (CTA / ATT / ACA) or equivalent.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of employee incentive plans.
  • Strong client service skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Business development skills, with a track record of growing business and developing new clients.
