Unlock Your Potential as a Turner & Townsend Associate Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Real Estate team, specializing in the Sports & Leisure sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delegating activities of the cost consultant team, covering feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, and value engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate activities of the cost consultant team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Champion a safe and secure environment, promoting the company's culture and values.
- Lead by example, ensuring an engaged team and driving performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process.
- Work on diverse projects, analyzing data and evaluating various factors to resolve technical problems and provide expert advice to subordinates.
- Be accountable for briefing the team on project scope, ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood.
- Actively manage and regulate service delivery to achieve excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Accredited MRICS member.
- Experience managing high-value and complex projects within a consultancy environment.
- Workplace, retail, commercial, or mixed-use sector experience with appropriate project value and size.
- Commercially aware with excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Actively contributes and supports technical thought leadership and contributes to IP.
