Foster Care Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Officer to join our Fostering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of high-quality foster parents.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake visits to prospective foster parents' homes, providing advice and assessing suitability for formal assessment.
- Write quality detailed reports on prospective foster parents.
- Monitor the progress of prospective foster parents through the recruitment and assessment process.
- Support the delivery of recruitment events and community activities.
- Liaise with Fostering teams to ensure prospective applicants attend required training.
- Manage records and databases.
- Hold a valid driving license and have unrestricted access to your own vehicle.
- Be willing to travel extensively across the region.
- Experience in fostering recruitment is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
