About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Officer to join our team at Polaris Community. As a key member of our Fostering team, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and selection of high-quality foster parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify suitable foster parents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with foster parents and other stakeholders
  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising and promoting foster care opportunities
  • Collaborate with Fostering teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
About You
  • You will have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • You will be able to travel extensively across the region
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
