Role Overview: As a Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of individuals affected by cancer.

  • Utilize your Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise and Level 3 GP Referral qualifications to deliver high-quality exercise programs.
  • Implement behavioral change techniques to foster improvement in client wellbeing.
  • Coach clients effectively, tailoring fitness assessments and creating personalized exercise regimens.
  • Address exercise-related inquiries with confidence and clarity.
  • Leverage Alvie Health Care Technology data to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using evolving technology to enhance service delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Show a genuine passion for promoting health and fitness among individuals impacted by cancer.
  • Display empathy and understanding towards the challenges faced by clients.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Participate in content creation by assisting in the filming and editing of exercise videos.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a dynamic organization.

  • Skills in motivational interviewing.
  • Experience in multi-professional collaboration.
