Role Overview

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at our Shoreditch club. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our rehabilitation programs and championing our charitable purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver 12-week rehabilitation programs for individuals with varying abilities and physical function.
  • Facilitate and deliver group exercise classes, both live and pre-recorded, to promote self-directed activity and aid in participants' recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and address any deterioration in participants' conditions and escalate as necessary.
  • Deliver exercise modalities, including circuit training and strength training, tailored to individuals' needs and abilities.
  • Engage in regular one-to-one coaching sessions with participants to set and achieve goals, monitor progress, and provide emotional support.
  • Collect and analyze outcome data to inform program development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure successful program delivery and adapt to changing requirements.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize multiple program groups.
  • Experience in rehabilitation (desired but not essential).
