Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Exercise Specialist to join our team at Ten Health & Fitness. As a Clinical Exercise Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with chronic conditions, including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes to support in-studio occupancy targets.
  • Conduct Clinical Exercise sessions against agreed targets, starting from 20 sessions a month.
  • Build and manage a caseload of clients requiring clinical exercise interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Assist the reception team as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to promote the studio and its services.

Requirements:

  • Exercise, Sports Science, or Biokinetics degree or equivalent industry qualifications.
  • Strong interest in Pilates (mat and/or reformer/equipment).
  • BACPR Level 4 qualification is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching fitness or Pilates classes and/or conducting personal training sessions.
  • Minimum of 1 year working with clinical demographics (e.g., Diabetes, Cardiovascular, and Cancer patients).
