About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality group exercise classes that inspire and motivate our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.
- Coach and motivate our members to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the club team to ensure seamless delivery of classes and exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new group exercise programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and supportive class environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in group exercise instruction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 Pilates instructor qualification.
- Be willing to complete Virgin Active's accredited Reformer Pilates qualification.
- Have a strong passion for group exercise and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Hold a valid public liability insurance policy with a minimum coverage of £2 million.
