Reformer Pilates Instructor RoleWe're seeking a talented Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team, who shares our passion for group exercise and fitness.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes to our members
- Coach and motivate our members to achieve their fitness goals
- Ensure our members' safety and well-being at all times
- Meet agreed targets for class occupancy and instructor ratings
- Collaborate with the club team to maintain a positive and supportive environment
- NVQ Level 3 Pilates instructor qualification
- Willingness to complete Virgin Active's accredited Reformer Pilates qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to ongoing professional development
