We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team at Equinox Group. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates training programs to our members, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive Pilates training programs for individual clients, including private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
- Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to create personalized Pilates training plans.
- Work closely with our Pilates Manager to build your client base and ensure your success as a Pilates Instructor.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Equinox members and guests, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for clients.
- Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a recognized certification program.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, as well as squat, bend, and reach as needed.
