Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Ledger Administrator, you will be responsible for processing sales ledger transactions, including invoicing, debit/credit postings, stock control and reconciliation, cash receipts and lodgements. You will also assist with month-end balancing and year-end audit preparation, as well as liaising with the Credit Control department to ensure credit terms are being adhered to.

Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • An understanding and appreciation for the importance of prioritising workload
