About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join our team at Third Solutions, a leading employment agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering fundraising activities across the Kent locality, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including the delivery of existing fundraising activities and the development of new initiatives based on insight and evidence.
- Lead the growth and development of new fundraising functions, including events, community initiatives, online giving, and support for Charity of the Year and other giving initiatives from businesses.
- Oversee and manage the fundraising budget, ensuring accurate financial management and a confident understanding of Excel.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including individuals, groups, and businesses, to secure new partnerships and manage existing ones.
- Meet financial fundraising targets and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident networker with experience in relationship and stakeholder management, comfortable securing new and managing existing partnerships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting financial fundraising targets and managing budgets. A confident understanding of Excel and accurate data entry skills are essential.
