Harris Hill is partnering with a heritage charity to find a Fundraising Manager (Trusts, Foundations & Grants). The successful candidate will drive the five-year Fundraising Strategy, focusing on unlocking new income and growing the supporter network. They will establish relationships with potential funders, stewarding the relationship through every stage, including visits. The Fundraising Manager will oversee successful grant applications, ensure reports are written and completed, and grant manage the existing resilience grant with the National Lottery Heritage Fund. They will also research new funding opportunities and keep up-to-date records of enquiries.
To be considered for this role, the candidate will need:
- A personal track record of consistent income generation through Trusts, Foundations, and Major Grant Funders.
- Experience of researching prospects, building good relationships, monitoring pipeline of opportunities, and writing compelling bids that secure funding.
- A sound understanding of fundraising techniques, case for support, monitoring, and reporting on successful bids to funders.
