The Role: Senior Leakage Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Leakage Management Specialist to join our dynamic HD Leakage department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving operational efficiency and ensuring the timely resolution of customer-related leakage issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize water loss through effective leak detection and repair.
- Coordinate resources (personnel, equipment, finances) to ensure seamless execution of planned and reactive tasks.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customer support teams, repair technicians, and Water Network Technicians, to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
