About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DST to join our HD Leakage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient performance management within your team, ensuring that any potential work needed for our customers is located and resolved in a timely manner and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resource (people, assets, IT and finance) to ensure the team meets regulatory and company targets.
  • Support colleagues to deliver high-quality performance and achieve ODI Targets.
  • Utilize Leakage and customer service skills to manage contractors and mentor/train team members.
  • Participate in an Out of Hours Stand by rota, with associated allowances paid accordingly.
Requirements
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely, with no harm to employees, contractors, or the public.
  • Coordinate staff, information, and resources to detect leaks or consumption affecting customers.
  • Ensure sufficient labour, plant, transport, and material resources are available for planned and reactive tasks.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders, including the Customer leak support team, repair teams, and area Water Network Technicians.
  • Regularly inspect vehicles, plant, and equipment to identify and resolve defects.
  • Hold a Full UK driving License, as travel across the company will be required.
