Senior Water Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DST to join our HD Leakage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient performance management within your team, ensuring that any potential work needed for our customers is located and resolved in a timely manner and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all work in your area of control is carried out in a manner that prioritizes the safety of employees, contractors, and the public.
- Coordinate staff, information, and resources to enable prompt detection and resolution of leaks or consumption that affects our customers.
- Ensure sufficient labour, plant, transport, and material resources are available to carry out both planned and reactive tasks, both in and out of hours.
- Work effectively with all stakeholders, including the Customer leak support team, repair teams, and area Water Network Technicians.
- Regularly inspect vehicles, plant, and equipment to ensure any defects are identified, reported, and resolved.
- Hold a Full UK driving License, as travel across the company will be required.
