About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DST to join our HD Leakage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient performance management within your team, ensuring that any potential work needed for our customers is located and resolved in a timely manner and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resource (people, assets, IT and finance) to ensure the team meets regulatory and company targets.
  • Support colleagues to deliver the highest quality experience to our customers for the lowest cost.
  • Utilize Leakage and customer service skills to manage contractors and mentor and train the team.
  • Participate in an Out of Hours Stand by rota (associated allowances will be paid accordingly).
What You'll Bring to the Role
  • Ensure all work in your area of control is carried out in a manner that prioritizes safety.
  • Coordinate staff, information, and resources to enable prompt detection of leaks or consumption that affects our customers.
  • Ensure sufficient labour, plant, transport, and material resources are available to carry out both planned and reactive tasks.
  • Work effectively with all stakeholders, particularly with the Customer leak support team, repair teams, and area Water Network Technicians.
  • Regularly inspect vehicles, plant, and equipment to ensure any defects are identified, reported, and resolved.
  • Hold a Full UK driving License, as travel across the company will be required.
