Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to drive profitable growth, analyze business performance, and support the development of business-wide strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Performance Analysis: Utilize management information systems to assess business performance, supporting profitability and strategy.
- Performance Improvement: Challenge the Management Team on performance and offer corrective action insights.
- Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and provide analytical support for projects and investments.
- Investment Analysis: Analyze investment opportunities and support acquisition transitions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Development Managers on loan guarantee scheme proposals.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain focus on profitable margins and costs, while generating ad hoc management information.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience as a Commercial Finance Business Partner.
- Project Management: Project management skills or qualifications.
- Business Case Development: Experience in building sound business cases.
- Process Improvement: Proven experience in performing root cause analysis, developing, and implementing process improvements and robust controls.
