About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team at Accountable Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and supporting the development of business-wide strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Insights: Provide market insights, analysing revenue trends, and quantifying P&L impacts to inform business decisions.
- Business Performance: Use management information systems to assess business performance, supporting profitability and strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Challenge the Management Team on performance and offer corrective action insights to drive improvement.
- Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and provide analytical support for projects and investments.
- Investment Analysis: Analyse investment opportunities and support acquisition transitions to drive growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Development Managers on loan guarantee scheme proposals to drive business growth.
- Cost Management: Maintain focus on profitable margins and costs, while generating ad hoc management information to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a Commercial Finance Business Partner role or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with management information systems and financial planning tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
