We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Server Developer to join our team. As a key member of our database administration team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing databases to support our business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement databases to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain database infrastructure, including clustering, high availability, and AlwaysOn Availability Groups
  • Monitor and report on database performance, ensuring optimal performance and data governance
  • Collaborate with project teams to support database activities, including design, build, and implementation tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies, including NoSQL and Graph Databases

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with SQL Server, including clustering, high availability, and AlwaysOn Availability Groups
  • Excellent understanding of database design and development principles
  • Ability to quickly understand problems and provide root cause analysis and resolution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
