Job Title: Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Hungry Horse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with a memorable experience by ensuring prompt and attentive service.
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing any issues promptly and safely.
