We're looking for a charismatic Reception Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotel Club in Blackpool. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be the face of our village, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

About the Role

As a Reception Team Leader, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You'll be the guru of our hotel offering and local area, with a passion for delivering the best guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Support the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Train and develop your team to become experts in our hotel offering and local area
  • Proactively solve problems, thinking creatively to find solutions
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
