We're looking for a charismatic Reception Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be the face of our hotel, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

About the Role

As a Reception Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading our front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the front desk team to achieve exceptional guest service standards
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to resolve guest issues and concerns
  • Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel, services, and local area
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
