About the Role

As a Reception Team Leader, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues, providing information, and making our guests feel at home.
