Conveyancing and Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Conveyancing Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales progression of all plots within the UK, liaising with teams in Shanghai, Dubai, and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Legal Progression of Plot Sales Transactions: Oversee the legal progression of plot sales transactions across four sales offices, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Run and Review Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Checks: Conduct thorough AML checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Manage the Sales Matrix for Each Development: Ensure the sales matrix is current and accurate, providing valuable insights for sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare Weekly Cross-Team Reporting: Compile and present accurate data and figures to stakeholders, highlighting sales progress and trends.
- Collaborate with Internal and External Contacts: Liaise with solicitors, clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to progress transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage the Completions and Handover Process: Oversee the completion and handover process for each development, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
- Coordinate Valuations and Liaise with Mortgage Lenders: Arrange valuations, liaise with mortgage lenders, and prepare CML forms and valuation packs as required.
- Manage Document Control and Ensure Files are Up-to-Date: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Provide support to the global sales team with a range of administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
