Position - Lead Commercial Conveyancer (Chinese Speaking)
Compensation - Base Salary Ranging from £70,000 to £80,000
Location - London
Upon commencing your new role, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 within 14 days of your employment start date.
We are representing a client based in London seeking a skilled and driven Lead Commercial Conveyancer. Ideal candidates should possess a robust background in commercial conveyancing, with expertise in managing both freehold and leasehold transactions. The successful applicant will be a solicitor or qualified conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing transactions from inception to completion. Candidates should exhibit strong commercial insight, outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service while effectively leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide a team of conveyancing professionals to enhance collaboration and optimize performance.
- Oversee the caseload of the commercial conveyancing team.
- Quality Assurance: Develop team leaders to maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all conveyancing activities.
- Provide senior management with performance reports and conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to increase departmental visibility.
- Support the team in achieving individual and collective KPIs.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be a Solicitor or a qualified Conveyancer with at least 5 years of PQE in commercial conveyancing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a conveyancing team.
- Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Essential Qualities:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
The successful candidate for this role will be eligible for a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded exclusively by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment will be made within 14 days from the commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed terms and conditions.
