Job Opportunity: Residential Conveyancing Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner to lead and develop our existing team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our Conveyancing Department, you will be responsible for managing a team of fee-earners while maintaining a strong caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of fee-earners to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage a significant caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Proven track record of managing a team and maintaining a strong caseload
  • Excellent business development and leadership skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth
