The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Partner for their City of London office. As a key member of the construction team, you will work with the partnership to drive the departments forward, work on strategy, and mentor, develop, and inspire more junior members of the team.

  • You will deal with a mixed residential property caseload that will consist of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • You will deal with a good quality of work, often high-value properties in the London market.
  • You will have at least 8 years PQE in residential conveyancing (there is no upper limit).
  • Salary/package will be competitive and is negotiable depending on your level of experience. You will also receive a market-leading benefits package.
