Role - Lead Commercial Conveyancer (Chinese Speaking)

Compensation - Salary Ranging from £70,000 to £80,000

Location - London

Upon commencing your new position, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 within 14 days of starting your employment.

We are representing a client based in London seeking a skilled and driven Lead Commercial Conveyancer. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial property transactions, with expertise in managing both freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions. The successful applicant will be a qualified solicitor or conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing transactions from inception to completion. They should exhibit strong commercial insight, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to provide outstanding client service while effectively leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, and supervise a team of conveyancing professionals to enhance collaboration and optimize workplace performance.
  • Oversee the caseload of the commercial conveyancing team.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop team leaders to maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all property transactions.
  • Provide senior management with performance reports and conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to increase departmental visibility.
  • Support the team in achieving individual and collective KPIs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must be a Solicitor or a qualified Conveyancer with at least 5 years of PQE in commercial conveyancing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a conveyancing team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-oriented with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Essential Qualities:

  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

The successful candidate for this role will be eligible for a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded exclusively by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment will be issued within 14 days from the start date of new employment, subject to the agreed terms and conditions.
