Position - Lead Commercial Conveyancer (Chinese Speaking)
Compensation - Base Salary Ranging from £70,000 to £80,000
Location - London
Upon commencing your new role, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 within 14 days of your employment start date.
We are representing a client based in London seeking a skilled and driven Lead Commercial Conveyancer. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in commercial conveyancing, demonstrating expertise in managing both freehold and leasehold transactions. The successful applicant will be a solicitor or qualified conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing transactions from inception to completion. They should exhibit strong commercial insight, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to provide outstanding client service while effectively leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and supervise a team of conveyancing professionals to enhance collaboration and optimize performance.
- Oversee the caseload of the commercial conveyancing team.
- Quality Assurance: Develop team leaders to maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all conveyancing activities.
- Provide senior management with performance reports and conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to enhance departmental visibility.
- Support the team in achieving individual and collective KPIs.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be a Solicitor or a qualified Conveyancer with at least 5 years of PQE in commercial conveyancing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a conveyancing team.
- Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Essential Qualities:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
The successful candidate for this role will be eligible for a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment will be issued within 14 days from the start date of new employment, subject to the agreed terms and conditions.
