Are you an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Store Manager or a Team Leader seeking to elevate your career? IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (essential)
  • A natural leader capable of coaching, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
  • A strong work ethic, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
  • Experience in a high-speed environment focused on service excellence is essential
  • Current experience in supervisory or management roles, seeking career advancement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overseeing, coaching, and developing a diverse team, from recruitment through to onboarding and beyond
  • Implementing staff disciplinary procedures when necessary
  • Ensuring all team members are multi-skilled and capable of performing various duties across the store
  • Guaranteeing that all staff possess comprehensive knowledge of products and services
  • Assisting the management team in monitoring performance and maximizing resources
  • Conducting team appraisals within designated timeframes
  • Managing a store recognized as 'best in class', maximizing sales opportunities while maintaining high standards
  • Understanding customer needs and setting exceptional service standards
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer expectations
  • Identifying business opportunities and assisting the Area Manager in competitive analysis
  • Managing stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Driving customer service standards to achieve sales and exceed satisfaction targets
  • Identifying potential in staff, supporting their development to reach their goals
