Position: Automotive Service Specialist
Salary: £36,604 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual time saved, team profit, and CSI Bonus
Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

Role Overview
As an accomplished technician, you will be an integral part of our expert team, supporting one of our esteemed brands within our cutting-edge facilities. Comprehensive manufacturer training will be provided, ensuring you remain updated with the latest advancements in technology through ongoing training initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently.
- A collaborative team player comfortable with established processes and protocols.
- Possession of an industry-recognized qualification, such as Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
- Capability to perform MOTs is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
- Driven, organized, and focused on maintaining Health & Safety standards.
- Proficient with technology and confident in using software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct servicing and maintenance for all vehicles within the brand.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty-approved work.
- Perform Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties (if qualified).
- Complete job cards and electronic documentation on franchise platforms.
- Carry out electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
- Assist and mentor Apprentice Technicians as needed.
