The Position

As an Automotive Service Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals working within our advanced facilities. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you remain at the forefront of automotive technology and service standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently.
  • A collaborative team member who adheres to established protocols and procedures.
  • Possession of an industry-recognized qualification in vehicle technology, such as Level 3 IMI or City & Guilds.
  • Capability to perform MOT testing is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and committed to maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital tools for service management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct servicing and maintenance for a variety of vehicles within the brand.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues, including warranty-related tasks.
  • Perform Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties if qualified.
  • Complete job documentation and electronic records on designated platforms.
  • Execute electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
  • Assist and mentor Apprentice Technicians as necessary.
