Role Overview:

In the capacity of an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will collaborate with a skilled team dedicated to supporting one of our esteemed brands within our modern facilities. Comprehensive manufacturer training will be provided, eliminating the necessity for prior brand-specific experience. Expect regular training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in technology through both manufacturer programs and our Marshall Academy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience as a Parts Specialist, preferably within a franchised dealership (brand experience is flexible)
  • A collaborative team member who adheres to established processes and protocols
  • Driven, committed, and organized with a strong emphasis on workplace Health & Safety
  • Proficient with technology and comfortable using iPad software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and unpacking new inventory and deliveries
  • Organizing and cataloging incoming parts and materials in an internal database
  • Addressing inquiries from internal workshops and external customers through face-to-face interactions, phone, and email
  • Picking and distributing parts for technicians in the workshop, collaborating with service advisors and the sales team
