Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Parts Specialist to join our Mercedes Benz dealership in Southampton. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training from experienced colleagues and management, becoming part of a supportive and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the receipt and unloading of new stock and deliveries.
• Organize, store, and document incoming parts and materials using our internal database.
• Address inquiries from internal workshops and external customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
• Select and distribute parts for technicians in the workshop, collaborating with the Service Advisor and Sales Team.

Qualifications:
We are interested in candidates with prior automotive experience, as well as those looking to embark on a career in the automotive industry.
