You will be responsible for delivering business solutions on Dynamics and the Power Platform for mid to enterprise-level organizations across various sectors, gaining a broad range of experience. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deliver Dynamics solutions, either through development or utilizing out-of-the-box Dynamics features.
- Participate in the planning and execution of upgrades and migrations.
- Provide consultative, development, and support services, covering all aspects, including product support, development, demonstrations, analysis, and implementation.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to ensure they get the most out of their Microsoft Dynamics implementation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the MS Dynamics platform and core technologies (Dynamics 365/CRM).
- Clear understanding of the Microsoft stack, including.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C#.NET for Plugins and custom workflows, and Integrations using.NET.
- Experience with the Power Platform is preferred.
- Client-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
- D365 CS experience and experience working in a managed services environment.
- Some experience in applications management, support, or development roles.
- ITIL Foundation qualification is preferred.
